I got this recipe from a friend and it's so good.
One can of solid white albacore tuna in water--Drained, Mix in some chopped celery, Mix in some chopped white or red onion, Then add 1 1/2 TBS of newmans own light balsamic vinaigrette. Using only 1/4 cup of the mixture is about 90 calories! I eat it right from the bowl or add it ontop of baby spinach for a salad. I make a bigger batch ( 2 cans at a time) and store it in the fridge for a quick last min. work lunch or dinner.
