C25K Advice

Looking for some C25K advice.

I installed the app and completed day 1 yesterday. I noticed that each week only has 3 days. Is it best to do three days in a row, miss a few days in between or?

What has worked for you guys?

  • I think the idea is you do it every other day to give yourself a days rest in between to let your body recover. It's how most people do it and its worked for them. I got onto my fourth week doing it that way until the heat became too much for me but I managed to get through all the workouts fine despite starting stupidly unfit.
  • You do not want to do C25K on consecutive days. You do only three days a week with at least one day between each. I've just started week 5 and am loving it!
