I used to top scales just over 600lbs , miserable with horrible attitude. Everything I saw I wanted to eat. Always wanting to get it in my belly

This photo was taken the first day I joined MyFitnessPal, a gym and started my transformation

    I've had numerous requests with how I lost so much weight so here is my secret. It was done almost exclusively on the KFC Fried Chicken and Exlax Weight lost program endorsed by numerous Physicians paid handsomely to endorse it.

    Due to a contractual agreement with Putnam publishing, I can't go into great deal behind why this works, just look for it on book shelves coming soon.
