Protein pudding

Ok, so I saw the protein pudding ads in the magazines but that stuff ain't cheap. So I hunted around the internet and came up with what I like. Tried it and it's phenomenal. Took one regular size box of Jello sugar free/fat free pudding mix, added a cup of protein powder, and the 2 cups of skim milk. Mixed it up real well and let it set in the fridge for a bit. It's thick and rich. I found my new favorite cheat food and it's about 100 calories for a half cup serving and good for me! I made vanilla and chocolate. The chocolate I used chocolate peanut butter whey protein. It gives just a slight hint of peanut butter. I'm thinking I could add a couple tablespoons of peanut butter to the mix even. My next batch I may even double the protein by adding an additional scoop.
