6 weeks motivation slump

I've just finished week 6 of my fitness plan (calorie counting, Jillian Michaels workouts) and have smoothly lost 6lbs, am visibly seeing a physical difference and feeling healthier. However I seem to have hit a motivational wall and the excitement of the first 6 weeks is wearing off. I'm not too worried about keeping up the exercise regime but how can I hold back from breaking and eating a hole pack of cookies?

How do you keep your motivation up?
