This is a guess, but I don't think the calorie content would change much. At least not if they're boiled/steamed. Some vitamins might leach out though.0

I think so, because when I was on WW, there was a difference in points between 1 cup of cooked vs. raw carrots! It must have to do with the sugar composition.0
