Can any one help please? How do I record a session with 8kg Kettlebells to a dvd (the iron core way) I'm waiting on a battery for my HRM which will obviously let me record accurately the calorie burn but until then????????

    You're probably going to have to wait. Since this workout really depends on you HR/and personal statistics.
