Hi, I am a 35 yo M, 6'2", 350lb, (159kg). I have always been big, mostly athletic, but have just let myself go since being married 7 years ago. I want to be healthier. I know I'll never have a six pack, but it would be nice to only have one chin again. I have been lifting weights for a year now, and have yo-yoed in weight between 320-360lb. (145-164kg). I'm not a small boned person. I have a larger than normal frame, so the weight doesn't look terrible, but I feel like a giant monster in public sometimes. Measurements are as follows:

Height - 6'2" (188cm) Wrists - 9" (23cm) Neck - 20" (51cm) Biceps - 21" (53cm) Chest - 60" (152cm) Waist - 48" (122cm) Calves - 23" (59cm) Ankles - 13" (33cm) Shoe size - 15(US) 50(EUR)

I carry all of my weight in my midsection. I recently started adding cardio and a better diet to my exercise regimen. I use the LoseIt! App to track all my food, and I'm only stepping on that scale every Saturday afternoon. Once a week. I'm not too concerned with a number, I just want to look and feel better than I do now. My wife and I are really bad at letting each other cheat on our diets, and I know we need to do better at policing ourselves. Hence the app. My diet plan is to cut out all take-out food and make my own meals every day. I have been successful this week in doing that. I drink a protein shake for breakfast following my AM workout, and then make sure I am up and out of my office chair at least once an hour to refill my water glass. I also use the water station at the opposite end of my building, and I don't use the elevator anymore. Baby steps, man. Baby steps. .
