Any suggestions to blast those last 10-15 pounds?

I've really slowed down in my weight loss recently, which is because I'm sooooo close to my goal. (It's bittersweet!) I know there are a lot of things to bust through plateaus, and I've heard a few. I just want other people's suggestions on what they did during their final pounds to keep things rolling :)

make your deficit smaller - aim for losing 1/2lb per week.

Yep...patience. Weight loss just slows down at this point, but if you perservere you'll get there! I'm in the same boat. 15 lbs to goal weight and it's coming off in milligrams :)

Eat at maintenance for a few days so your body knows all is well with you and then once you start eating at a deficit again, your body would let go of all the fat. Also weight train more often and don't do too much cardio. As you go leaner, hitting your macro's becomes very crucial too.

I feel the same way :( I also have been eating "bad" things cause I'm bummed that the scale hasn't moved in almost a Month and a half. I am going to start incorporating weight lifting and I'm hoping that pushes my body enough to either start losing inches or weight again. Plus, I need to stay on track with eating again since I'm sure that is contributing to water weight. It is very difficult but we can do it!

For me, it takes very clean eating, meticulous tracking, and lots of strength training.

It definitely does require patients.. lol. I'm strength training (mostly bodyweight and 10lbs, circuit training, etc.) and aiming for about 2 runs a week. I hit my macros every day almost, so that's good.

Thanks for your suggestions so far!
