Crystal Light Hunger Satisfaction

My boss just drank a serving of the new Crystal Light Hunger Satisfaction and she said she can't believe how full she feels?? This is a woman who is normally snacking throughout the day AND drinks plenty of fluids. For her to say she's FULL is a big deal. Has anyone else tried this product?? Is it any good?? I usually just drink 64 ounces of plain water but still manage to want to snack throughout the day.

    I have and also special K makes one too. It does help the hunger a lot! I used it for snacks in between meals and at 30 calories for one drink, thats a low cal snack!

    Ooooh I'm so excited! My boss was just walking out the door and gave me one to try!! Gonna drink it after my workout I think tomorrow (as then is when I seem to be the most hungry!)
