Hi. I bought a boneless pork loin, but not sure how to make it. Any good, healthy recipes out there?

Add two ounces of apple juice concentrate and 2 tsp of dijon mustard to that rosemary and time and you will have a very tasty marinade. Then throw it in the crockpot :-)

Marinade also works on pork tenderloin on the grill and pork tenderloin roasted. I usually marinate for 45 minutes before cooking. This won't matter as much in a crockpot, but the more time in the sauce, the tastier the meat.

I put it in a 9X13 pan smash two- three cloves of garlic mix garlic with 1/2tsp thyme, 1/4 tsp salt and sprinkle of pepper. spead this seasoning mix over top of roast - put in a 350 oven for and hour or so top should be browned and jucies running clear - it is easy and yum

Garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, freshly cracked pepper and cinnamon. Pat loin dry, spray with a bit of olive oil if you like, season and stick in the oven based on size of the loin.

I do it in a crockpot with some salsa verde, garlic, onions, tomato and any other veggie you might like. Goes well over rice, or in a tortilla with some shredded cheese and sour cream/greek yogurt on top.
