Hello!

Hey everybody! This is day 2 of my "get into shape because I don't look like myself anymore" diet and exercise plan. I am looking to lose about 30-40 pounds; but more than that, I want to look like I did 2 years ago and gain some muscle mass back. I am excited to start this journey to a healthier, happier state! My fiance' is joining me too.
I can't wait to see where this will take us!
