Too Tired...

Good morning!
I always *try* to work out but I work full time and go to school part time. I am out of the house from 5:30 AM to 9 PM 5 days a week. By the time I get home, I am exhausted! Any ideas on when to fit a work out in?

I do take the steps as much as possible and park far away to walk as much as I can. I also have a fitbit that I wear to track my steps.

Any advise is helpful!

    When I worked retail, any time I wasn't busy I'd do ten pushups. Sure, my coworkers looked at me funny, but it made me feel better. Even if you can only do one, you'll improve really quickly. :) Any exercise is better than nothing, right? I don't know what kind of work you do, but I bet you could find little exercises to do in a down moment. Can you eat while going for a walk on your lunch break? It doesn't necessarily have to be 30 minutes of continuous exercise - just do what you can, when you can!
