Good morning!
I always *try* to work out but I work full time and go to school part time. I am out of the house from 5:30 AM to 9 PM 5 days a week. By the time I get home, I am exhausted! Any ideas on when to fit a work out in?
I do take the steps as much as possible and park far away to walk as much as I can. I also have a fitbit that I wear to track my steps.
Any advise is helpful!
Thanks!

When I worked retail, any time I wasn't busy I'd do ten pushups. Sure, my coworkers looked at me funny, but it made me feel better. Even if you can only do one, you'll improve really quickly.
Any exercise is better than nothing, right? I don't know what kind of work you do, but I bet you could find little exercises to do in a down moment. Can you eat while going for a walk on your lunch break? It doesn't necessarily have to be 30 minutes of continuous exercise - just do what you can, when you can!
