Getting serious

Hi, Ive been lurking for a bit and decided to introduce myself. Im 45, 5'6", 224. I dont have a specific weight goal, I'll know when I get to it. Height/weight charts and BMI dont take body type into account. I'll know when I feel and look good. That being said, I could really use some support and motivation. I have a hiking buddy, but schedules only permit us to get together a couple of times a month. It would be super to find a diet/exercise buddy/buddies in my area(near York/Harrisburg PA) to stay on track. I have a pretty busy life. Work has a set start time, but not necessarily a set quit time, I have a 10 year old son at home, involved in baseball, as well as 3 grown children(not at home) and 4 grandkids. Life can get hectic at times.
