30 day slimdown (modified)

I have completed both RI30 and 30DS and for the past couple of weeks have been doing a sort of of rotation. I am starting this http://www.blackandi.com/2010/03/another-jillian-rotation-slim-downsome-more/ plan today. However, I was wondering if when I do two workouts back to back, if I should skip the second warm up? Also, anyone else with me on this? I'd love to have some joiners to keep myself on track :).
