I run in the morning before work...it's harder to find an excuse not to for me at that time of day. At night I'll think of every reason why I can't/dont have time for it.0

I exercise in the afternoon... tried the morning - sometimes I have the energy on an empty stomach, sometimes I don't. I need the time in the morning to wake up. Evening I also do but I find by then having run after kids all day and finally having time for myself, I really just want to relax and not have to do much.
It's all personal preference... regardless of what studies say. Anything that I've read on the net suggests maximum fat burning happens if you work out in the morning on an empty stomach but personally I am just not awake enough or motivated yet to do it.

Late morning (9ish). At night I'm too tired and barely have the motivation to shower. When I work out in the morning I feel so good for the rest of the day.0

Both. It depends on my schedule.
This. Just depends on when I can get it in. I just make sure I get it in somewhere.0
