Breakup letter to unhealthy food.

Dear Unhealthy Food,

I know that we've been together for many, many years but I'm afraid that this has got to come to an end. Believe me, it's not you, it's just me realizing that you are bad for me.

Over the years, I have enjoyed your satisfying crunch, delicious sweetness, and your bad for the hips carbohydrates, but today, I have decided to put all of that behind me and find something better.

My husband was aware of this relationship and he knows that we are breaking up for good. Don't even try to get all up on my man. I have already threatened that he must leave if he decides to bring you back here in this house.

I apologize for throwing you in the trashcan. It was sad watching the garbage man take you away this morning, but I hope you can understand.

And just for the record, we are never, ever, ever getting back together.

-Halee

Unhealthy food can be psychologically healthy.

I eat medium pizza for breakfast twice a week, I just make sure it fits my calorie goal for the day.
