I always use fresh yeast and place a damp towel over the bowl while the dough is rising - excellent buns every time.0

Find a plyometric workout u love. I always suggest CatheFriedrich's STs plyometric workouts. She alternates weights with jump
training.very hard but still the best I've seen. Difficult enough u could do it with moderate weights. Still very hard.
If u don't like heavy lifting but want results u could try starting strength or stronglifts.all com
Pound movement like, bench press, squats, deadlift. You're done in 20mins
At most 3 exercise types very few reps.
Even if u don't enjoy it u can get it over with and focus on the workouts u love.
That said. Till you've done weight training with CAthe u haven't lived.
or whoever your favorite trainer is.
Then again I don't like step so every activity isn't every ones cup of tea.
Hope u find a great solution.0 -
Try Brazil Butt Lift. No heavy weights but it's very, VERY effective. I thought my butt was hopeless but these workouts really worked for me. Their claims to give you round, lifted buns aren't an exaggeration. Tough, but effective.0

My butt was looking pretty nice when I was going to the gym and doing squats. I did them 3 times a week. 3 sets of 5. I had to cancel my membership a while back and now my butt is kind of meh, but oh well. Someday... someday...0

Somebody mentioned stairs as an alternative to squats, since you don't like them. Running stairs builds strength and I'll bet it would shape your butt.
Bicycle riding too builds strength, and so probably tones significantly too.
You could also do box jumps.0 -
I do pilates and I have a butt you can bounce a quarter off of. Google butt pilates workouts.0
