Nutritional Information Change in Dough Inquiry

I know that there is a large difference in nutritional information from raw vs. baked fish, and I was curious to know if there is a change in nutritional information of dough when it is baked into bread? Is there no change at all? Or is it very insignificant? I want to start making my own whole wheat bread, and I want to know how accurate the recipe generators will be. Thanks!
