Anyone ever heard of Lean Hybrid Muscle Trainging Reloaded??

I plan on starting this program and wanted to hear from anyone who has done or doing this program..it claims to shed fat and add muscle...I'm just looking to get in better shape and this program incorporates strength training an cardio pretty well...any comments will help

    Most likely false advertising, as to build muscle you need to be in a caloric surplus, but to lose fat you need to be in a caloric deficit, with very few exceptions (Newb gains, returning to lifting after a long break, lean gains (requires diet to be spot on), etc). With the name it has it may use the lean gains theory, but I am not familiar with the program

    yeah i get the whole cutting and bulking thing....it just seems like a great workout...

    I googled it. I refused to go on past the hype "never seen before!" If it smells like BS, it probably is BS.

    Try Starting Strength or StrongLifts 5x5 instead.

    I did stronglifts and enjoyed it...just moving on to something else

    Yeah i did some research on that as well...just looking for a more athletic style workout

    Plenty of stuff out there. Or design your own. Just stay away from the hype.

    I guess no one has any answers...The training is serious...if you've seen the training log you would understand there is no doubt you will see results...
