First Run of Couch to 5k

Hey everyone! Sorry, I'm really new here!
I completed the first run of the Couch to 5K plan at six o'clock this morning, and I am still on some sort of high from it! I can't wait to get more into the podcasts, I really enjoyed running while I was at University so its good to get back on the horse again :) Has anyone else completed this plan? How do you feel about running? Any tips for a beginner?

    I just started today also. I have never liked running but I need more cardio in my routine.

    What is the podcasts?

    How do you log this as exersise?

    My treadmill says I burned 150 calories but I don't have a heartrate monitor so I don't know how accurate that is.
  • Hey! Im new here too! Well to the message boards anyway! im using this plan, although im using the iphone app.
    I havent finished the plan but i just did week 6 run 1 today, and feel great!
    The 1 thing i'd say is to stick with the days it tells you to rest if you can! And also if you look forward to the next week to see what the plan is, dont let it scare you off! Sometimes the jump might seem alot but always give it a try, you will surprise yourself! I did! Never in a million years did i think id ever run for 20 minutes straight but i did!! keep up the good work! :happy:
