I started my new job on the 1st of March and of course had to go and buy new clothes because all the ones I had hanging in my closet didnt fit. Found myself wearing sweats and bigger t-shirts most of the time. I have had to go and buy new clothes twice because the new ones no longer fit after my 40 pound weight loss in 2 months. I even had to buy a smaller belt because I was down to using the last eyehole on my previous belt. Well Friday comes and I have no clean clothes to wear for work. Nervously I tried on a pair of pants that has been hanging there for 3 years at least. They actually fit, I couldnt believe it and so I tried on the other 3 pairs and they fit too. Thanks myfitness you have really helped me get where I am going.

Isn't 40 pounds in 2 months kind of fast? I always heard you were supposed to lose no more than 2 pounds a week for healthy and more permanent weight loss. I think it's great that you've lost those 40 pounds and it's even better that you fit in your old clothes again but you might want to consider changing your goals to slow down your loss.
