HELP with C2K training

I finished week 3 of C2K training last week. I was doing great and feeling great. Unfortunately I woke up 4 days ago with a terrible virus; coughing, sinus headache, running nose, stiff neck, joint pain and extreme fatigue.
I was hoping to be able to start week 4 today, but I can already tell I'm going to need another day or 2. It is mostly the neck pain and coughing that will keep me from running.
So my question is: Do I re-do week 3 when I start up again in a few days? Should I push myself and suck it up and go ahead and do week 4 with having that much time off? (I'm afraid I will still not be feeling 100% and won't be able to do it).
How do you handle illness when in a specific training program like this?
Also my goal is to run a 5K without stopping in under 30 min. Last year I usually had a 10.5 to 11 min/mile so I never could get under 30 min. Therefore I am training at a certain speed with this C2K (a 9.5 min/mile pace) in order to achieve this goal. So is it realistic to expect to run at that specific pace during the entire training? Right now I am running on treadmill because it is too cold outside (sensitive ears) but as soon as it warms up I will be outside again; might be another month though.
Thanks !

Same thing happened to me right about the same time. I was out for almost 3 weeks. I decided to pick up where I left off and I never had to repeat. I'd try where you left off and if it's too hard back up to week 3 again. Good Luck!0
