Milk Flavoring?

Hershey's sryup is to high in calories and the magic milk straws don't work so well...

Is there anything else I can put in my milk to make it taste better?

A good pp like Jay Robbs or SF Hersheys Chocolate Syrup. You can also add extracts like vanilla or coconut.
  • You could try something like unsweetened chocolate or vanilla almond milk. Vanilla is 40kcal/cup and chocolate is 45kcal/cup. I've only tried the vanilla but I use it everyday.

If you take estrogen blockers you could go with vanilla or chocolate soy milk

I use Chocolate Ovaltine in my milk after a workout - I love it. Two tbs is 40 cals.

Are you talking about just drinking a glass of milk? You don't like the taste? Then why drink it at all? Take a calcium supplement, eat more calcium-rich veggies...

    I guess I'm confused. :ohwell:

I add a second to the Ovaltine. I would buy it more often if I had the extra money in the grocery budget. I love that stuff!

Great picture! And I've found that Ovaltine is much cheaper at Target than it is in my local grocery stores - by several dollars!
