Why am I not losing weight?

I've been eating well for 4 weeks now. Been exercising 6 days a week. I am on week 3 of Insanity. Why am I not losing any weight?

I was a little confused about my calorie intake and what I should be taking in, but I finally just decided to use MFP and the recommendation it gave me. But before that I was eating 1700 calories a day, then 2700 for a few days, then finally last week dropped down to 2100 calories(MFP recommendation.) There are days when I feel like I can't eat no more so I am a few hundred below my calorie goal. Can that affect it? I did some measurements today, everything is exactly the same as it was a month ago. Weight, last week I went UP half a pound, this week I went down a pound. What's going on?

It's quite possible you are not eating enough. It really depends on how much you have to lose. I,for one, have lost more weight at 2500 calories a day than I ever did at 1800 calories. If you are going to do insanity, I highly recommend following their caloric needs calculator and setting macro's to 40% carbs, 40% protein and 20% fats.
