Making changes, looking forward

I am making major changes to my life and need a support group to help me grow.

I am currently 235lbs and I am looking to get to 180 by the end of the year. I have taken measures previously, like the hcg diet, p90x, bs supplements, ect to try and get where I want to go (they were successful for periods of time) and it has all caught back up with me. I am quite beaten down by where life has taken me. I am going to do it slow and right this time for the sake of my future. A major theme I see in the world is sustainability and I am going to embrace on all fronts, health and fitness included.

I have this goal in my head but for whatever reasons cannot seem to really get the drive to push myself hard in my workouts and goals. Any advice on picking yourself up from the ground would be much appreciated.
