New rules of lifting for women

Has anyone tried the programme in this book ?
If so could you possibly tell me a little about your results please good or bad :D

    I made it to stage three then got a nasty injury tbh it wasnt my cup of tea anyway. I found more success with the Body for Life programme there I learnt the basics of lifting not all this flash press ups, lunges,AMRAP stuff just wasnt built for me hehe.

    There is a group on this site that is informative for the NEw Rules.....You should check it out

    I just finished stage 1 and love it. I am already seeing great results.
