BMI on high end of normal range, 1% from overweight.... BF at 20%

uhm...who cares? BMI is arbitrary to say the least, there's cons as well as pro's. Body Fat % is the way to go IMO.
So... healthy I would say0 -
i am 60kg (132lbs) which is 'at risk of overweight' for my height (5'2) but my body fat is 15-16% (but my idiot calliper says 12%, i think it lies) do i look like im overweight? LOL.0

if that is for a female, I'd say about "normal"
If that is for a male, that is skinny fat0
