HOw to log Kettlercise

Hiya,

I do Kettlercise classes, which is an hour of swinging and lifting a 6kg and 4kg kettle bell including 15 mins of abdominal work with the kettle. it isn't listed in the exercise list. Does anyone else do this class, and if so how do you log it? It is low impact but really tough going and i certainly work up a sweat. It is resistance work but I can't discount the cardio benefits too.

Any help on this one would be much appreciated. I log it as weight training at the moment but an hour gives 200 cals, which may be true but somehow I think I burn more than that on the 100 squats we get through in an hour!!
