Hi MFP friends.

I really like granola bars and cereal, but they are so high in calories and loaded w/ added sugars. Anyone have any good homemade recipes? And possibly any that have a more decent carb/protein ratio than store bought. I am mostly interested in recipes that have a lot of fiber & protein.

Thanks,
Diane

Happy Easter!
