Hello,

I am new here and I am ready for my challenge ahead of me. I am doing the Insanity work out and was referred to this site to help me with my dietary needs. I hope this site will work for me and I would love to get any support I can.

    I've been on MFP for over 25 days, but new to the boards. I need to lose 25 lbs to start, have lost 12 since using MFP app for iPhone. I love it and credit it for my motivation and weight loss so far. My goal is to weigh 180 by June 30th, curent weght is 201. I consume from 12-1350 calories a day, and I don't eat meat. work out from 3-4 days a week and try to stretch everyday. My obstacles are mainly work- retail and 12 hour shifts!! Any words of encouragement are greatly appreciated and I will def encourage y'all!
