I feel muscles growing, but scale not changing

I feel muscles growing, but scale not changing. I am a beginner and its my 4th day at the gym and can feel my muscle getting bigger but i step on the scale in the morning and its the same number as the morning before. Is this normal? Or is it to early to see a change on the scale? Or should i ramp up my calories?

Would really like an opinion on this.

Background Info:

your 4th day at the gym...and you're not ripped? WTF are you doing there???

Just kidding.....it takes longer than four days to see muscle gain on the scale. Focus on how good you feel and that'll keep you going back.

Congrats on hitting the weights! Keep it up!

Depending on your goals, you might want to up calories and lift more. Replace the scale with the mirror and tape measure.

    Four days!

Imagine how you will be feeling after four weeks :)
