So tonight I ate 1/4 cup of Edy's ice cream and 100 calorie pack of nabisco oreo cakesters for 163 calories and still under 1200 calories for the day. Buuuuuut for some reason I am feeling sooooo damn guilty about this???? :ohwell: :ohwell: :ohwell:

You need to retrain your brain to start thinking, "I feel really guilty for not eating my 1200 calories and giving my body the fuel that it needs to be healthy."

I like to look at food as fuel for the body...that being said all of the bunny food gets to be depressing. I have managed to add in those individually wrapped hostess cupcakes into my calorie counts. I got a little off track when I stopped counting my calories, so I am back with a vengeance to myfitnesspal! I actually will eat 3 of those nabisco packs, so no more buying them for me hee hee! Don't feel guilty....you are an inspiration!
