Motivation from Tragedy

Last night I found out that a long time family friend (age 20, junior in college) died, they're not entirely sure how, but it seems like it was carbon monoxide posioning in his hotel room at a ski resort.
He was probably the healthiest person I know, he was a "mountain man" always hiking, skiing, he was a track star, in amazing shape and because of that he lived every moment to the fullest. He went and skiied the most intimidating hills and ran as fast as he could and as far as he could to meet his goals and his dreams. I'm so sad that he died, but at least everyone can say he lived his short life to the fullest. I want to be able to say that about myself, and about everyone else no matter what age they die, and to do that we have to be healthy, if that means gaining weight, losing weight, or just cleansing our bodies so we have the strength, courage, motivation, and drive to do everything we want to do, and do it to the fullest.
