cooked watermelon???

Has anyone ever done it? in what?

Just saw the notation of watermelon - raw in the food diary, I would assume its pretty much the only way its ever eaten.

    Grilling it is somewhat common (just enough to warm it up and put grill marks on it).

    I did see someone on The Taste who deep fried it. The judges thought it was very creative and I think all but one liked it.

    I've tried it a various forms , sous vide, grilled, caramelised, planned on using it for a wee dessert with a yogurt mousse and a pistachio sponge ! In the end I just used it cold but compressed it using a vacuum,
