Mondays! Love em!

How many of you out there dread Mondays? I used to not like Sundays or Mondays!!!! I didn't have a plan didn't know how to spend my time and therefore felt lost on Sunday and not sure what to do for the week coming up. This also carried over to my workouts and even sometimes food!!!
Well let me tell you now! I LOVE Mondays! It's a fresh start. Whatever you didn't accomplish from the previous week or maybe you just had a few bad days the prior week or a yuck week. Well now you get to start over and DO IT this time!!
My Sundays are my planning days. I usually make the grocery list, make a meal plan for the week, prep as many fruits, veggies,rice, etc that I can. I also plan my workouts and in general know what the week has in store for me. This makes Monday So Much more manageable. And I almost look at it like a game. haha! I know weird. But I like a challenge and so I strive to follow my plan and know that I accomplished it.
So ask yourself right now what you can change to make your love for Mondays grow and put a positive spin on the week.

Now go do it!!
