I did it a few months back and I didn't notice a big movement on the scale (maybe 5 or 6 pounds), but my measurements really went down. I didn't do it for 30 days straight. I took rest days and also biked for cardio. Good luck. It's a good video. :drinker:

I really think it depends on your effort. You certainly have to take into account your eating too. I started friday - although I did not watch what I ate at all this weekend which probably have a negative effect - however I can feel a difference in my body after today's workout meaning I could feel the fatigue in my legs and arms. I hadnt felt that in awhile - my body has definitely got use to what I have been doing so I think it is a good thing! Its a good workout! Good Luck!!!!

Today was day 5 for me doing it. I haven't weighed or measured since starting, but I will try to update you. It's a pretty rough workout--the level 2 & 3 ones intimidate me a little! I've only done level 1 so far, but I've been doing it every day. It doesn't have as much cardio as I would like, so I've been supplementing with Turbo Jam or walking. My muscles were sore the first few days, especially my arms/shoulders (which are my weakest muscles), but I think I can feel a slight difference in my strength.
