So I've been using this app for a while I've lost a good amount of weight but im also type 1 diabetic and so my blood sugar tends to go low sometimes and ill eat a snack and instead of counting it that day ill count it as tomorrow and just cut out those calories and the cycle tends to continue, anyway as long as im getting the recommended amount of calories per week does it matter when im eating them? this has been stressing me out making me think im going to gain back all the weight ive lost any comments would help

I'm NOT a doctor but her is my take. It's kind of like putting gas in the tank... The calories are there to burn, either you burn them immediately or you store them as fat. Doesn't really matter when they get eaten, it's just fuel in fuel out...
Of course there are differences in what happens in how our body processes certain foods and different times... but overall, this is my view.
Again, not a doctor or a nutritionist.0 -
I'm not @ Dr. So far it has helped me. Extremely.0

Ally feel free to eat the calories whenever is good for you. There are some researches that say it's bad to eat less or more per day, but most agree that there's no difference. Look at it this way, you're current weight is result of all calories you've eaten in your life, minus all calories you've used in your whole life. So a day or a week isn't going to make that much of a difference.
Also, your diet doesn't need to be perfect, it needs to work for you, and it's always better to have a diet that you stick to than a perfect one you don't do.0 -
I agree with those above
I'm not a doc
if you body needs food now, now! is when you need to give it some. my brother was diabetic so i know when you need to eat you should
if you can make this system work for you and you loose the weight you want, then its all good
good one you for choosing a healthy lifestyle that works for you

Keeping a check on your calories over a week is fine, not every day has to have exactly the same intake.0
