Adrenal Failure...Foods that will help?

My current drs are thinking that I have some serious adrenal fatigue, more likely failure, going on. Can anyone help me set up a diet that will help my adrenal, thyroid, and overall health. I have what the drs said is MS, but I am not sure he was not just wanting my money. Any help to feel better with foods would be appreciated.
