I used MFP and a bunch of the popular beachbody programs to lose a bunch of weight, but I kinda fell off with my diet and dedication. im getting back to it with the goal of being in the best shape of my life and hopefully making a career out of fitness.


if any dedicated people want to add me to either inspire ore help be inspired please do. :]

I also would love any advice and tips people have to offer, especially in regards to HIIT stuff. I love it.
