HRM with Power90

Will the HRM be accurate if I start it when I start the stretches and end when I finish the video? There are a bunch of places where I imagine my heart rate would slow, then speed up, etc, and I guess I still don't understand exactly how the HRM calculates calories burned, so I'm wondering if it's accurate even if my heart rate isn't the same the whole way through.

Wear it from when you start to when your heart rate goes back to "resting".0

Yes. The HRM will be accurate. I did Power 90 with my HRM. Just make sure that your stats are correct on your monitor and you should be good to go.0
