All Systems Go!

This probably won't come as a surprise to anyone on here, but I'm here to lose weight. Crazy, huh? I figure that now is as good of a time as any to start. I have about 40 pounds to lose.

I like the system that this program encourages. Input fewer calories than you output. Simple. I have been tracking for 3 days now and I'm already learning a lot, mostly that I pointlessly eat too much junk. That ends now...hopefully...

Apparently human support makes this endeavor much more likely to be successful, so if anyone here wants to add me as a friend, feel free to do so.


On a side note, does anyone know why a health fitness website has a smiley that is smoking? :smokin:
