Hi i have a question.if you walk up and down stairs what do you put for your workout and how do you know how many calories you burned.

    The MFP exercise page lets you log stairs. Go to the cardio box, and search "Walking, stairs." I run stairs and I log the calories that way. I just searched "running stairs" and it came back with an entry. I just type in the minutes. I am assuming the number of calories it gives me are pretty accurate.

    Ok thank you.it says running/jogging i guess that will do. Or i will do some research on how many calories you burn while just walking up and down.because i cant jog or run up stairs im a beginner at this whole deal
