Hello everyone i would just like to introdruce my self.

Im Brian, I live in Socal, I am currently engaged to my High School sweet heart of 5 years.

We are both losing weight so that I can meet the weight requirements for the USAF and we can both live healthier lives going forward!

I joined MFP because its the best and most simple tracker i have com accross and would like to participate in the community here!
