lower legs cramping while working out?

Hi guys, im finding that my legs are cramping while working out, especially on the treadmill and cross trainer. Is there anything that can help with this or any idea on what could be causing it. I am really starting to like my daily workout but this is kinda a hindrance

    more water, more nutrients. It means your muscles are over working. Low Potassium could be a cause (bananas are great for that). I'd start with making sure you are drinking enough water during the day (8glasses min.)
