Chia/Mila seeds with smoothies & Aztec foods

Anyone have any experience with incorporating Chia into your diet? Care to share changes in health (healthy cholesterol, weight loss, etc.)?
I'm curious about whether this is a fad super food or if people are liking it and deciding to consume Chia long term. Thanks in advance ;0)

    I do 1tbsp. in my first morning 8oz. cup water 2 keep me full til my 9am snack i love them but not in my breakfast protein shake google chia seed benefits you'll be amazed they keep you feeling full all morning :wink:
