Exercise... minus a gym

Hi all,

I'm fairly new to myfitnesspal and, up until now, the majority of my 9lb weight loss has been through dieting alone. Can anyone reccomend any ways to burn lots of calories in short periods of time, bearing in mind I am not currently a member of a gym! Any advice appreciated :-)

    Try downloading the Davina Fitness App - you can do the exercises at home. I log it as Aerobics general and can burn a lot of calories fairly quickly. Great work on your weight loss so far! :smile:

    Try Google, or go to YouTube. There are plenty of home workouts out there for you to try. Good luck!

    www.bodyweightculture.com has alot of workouts and exercises you can do at home.
