Shouldn't this make us worry even more so about calories than less?0

I suppose if you're eating the right amount of fibre you could just substract 35 calories a day from your goal. Personally, I don't think 35 calories a day is a huge amount, I'm often 35 calories or so under my goal anyway, and it probably doesn't add any more than my possible mis-estimates of what I've eaten anyway! So I'll just carry on as normal.0
