protein shake

Should i add protein powder to my diet.

I think i eat quite healthly?!?!? Opened my diarg. please dont shoot me.

I am starting to exercise.

    Looks like your getting sufficient protein from the foods that you eat, so I say a protein shake is not necessary

    Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If your just trying to lose weight it's fine! If your looking to build some muscle you might want to up it a bit with a shake!

    I only ever have a protein shake if I am doing over an hour of heavy working out in the gym!! As long as you are getting enough from your food I would say stick with what you are doing!!
