Hey! I'm starting week 2 of the Couch to 5K program, and I usually run outside. This means I have no idea how many calories I burn each run. Has anyone done this program and have a general idea how many calories each week burns? Thanks!

You can use Google Earth to figure out your mileage. I use it quite frequently to see how far I've gone and best of all, it is free!
